Last week’s training session with BRODY Professional Development was very beneficial. Friday’s focus on listening was supremely impactful and something that all of us could do a better job of. I particularly thought the component of active listening was powerful, especially considering as sales people and trainers, we are often so focused on what WE want to say or tell the other party, that we often miss the critical elements of what needs to be communicated.
