“I believe that the ‘genius is in the room.’ Therefore, I favor a facilitative approach, using activities to challenge participants out of their comfort zones, and drawing insights from them. I also bring unorthodox approaches to conventional subjects. I love challenging my participants’ mental models, to get them to consider alternative ideas. I bring Authenticity, Warmth and Joy to all my training engagements.”

What Do You Like Most About Training?

“Like how Michelangelo carved the statue of David out of marble, I believe that the process of training is not just about building people up, but also unveiling their gifts from within. I love seeing the transformation in my participants who come through my training programs. I also love that I am always expanding in this career. Having also trained people of all ages from different background and nationalities, I feel that I have learnt so much from my participants, too.”
