Dave Ruef

Dave has been pursuing his passion for, and employing his expertise in, assisting organizations, teams and individuals to improve their performance results for some 25 years.

Earlier in his career, he held officer-level positions with Chase Manhattan Bank and American Express in New York City. For the last 15 years, Dave has served as a consultant to mostly Fortune 500 enterprises. Areas of greatest impact include design and facilitation of communications, management, leadership, customer service, teamwork and other learning and transformation opportunities.

Dave has worked with clients in such diverse locations as Argentina, Chile, England, Holland, and Romania. He and his wife live in Charleston, South Carolina.

Education, Credentials & Awards

Dave holds Master’s degrees from both Harvard University and Columbia University’s organizational psychology program. His undergraduate degree is from Tufts University.
