Rae Cook has been a professional speaker, coach and consultant since 1984. Her areas of expertise include how to methodically solve interpersonal communication problems and to improve communication clarity, coherence, influence and persuasiveness.
She was an author in International Dimensions in Technical Communication, an anthology edited by Professor D. Andrews of the University of Delaware. Her essay was called “Enhancing the Participation of Foreign-Born Professionals in U.S. Business and Technology.”
Rae was quoted as a “speech guru” in Fast Company, and as an expert on senior executives in Presentations magazine. Rae has taught law students how to improve delivery of opening statements and closing arguments at Rutgers Law School and coached speech delivery for Temple School of Law’s National Trial Team – helping the team to place in the top four for the first time in the University’s history. She also worked at Drexel University, helping its international faculty and professional engineers in speech improvement and technical presentation skills.

Rae earned a Master’s Degree in Bilingual Speech and Language Pathology and her Bachelor’s Degree in Speech and Hearing Science from Temple University, and she is a Competent Toastmaster (CTM) and past area governor for Toastmasters.
